1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or carrier-related disruptions, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Origin

To offer a wide product selection at competitive pricing, orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners located in China.


3. Delivery Destinations & Estimated Transit Time

We currently ship to:

United States
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

Canada
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment.


5. Carriers

We work with established international carriers, including but not limited to:

  • Cainiao
  • 4PX
  • Singapore Post
  • USPS
  • Local postal partners

The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and logistics efficiency.

6. Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after dispatch.

7. Delivery Delays & Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at:

After investigation and confirmation of a lost shipment, we will first offer a full refund to your original payment method.

Upon your request, we may alternatively arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, or other external circumstances beyond our control.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional import charges.

9. Customer Responsibility & Undeliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, or if a package is refused or not collected:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failure.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery may apply.

If we contact the customer regarding address clarification and no response is received within 5 business days, the order may be cancelled or shipped to the address as originally provided.

We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer or failure to accept delivery.
